What it is
A market intelligence platform tracking green hydrogen and derivative projects worldwide, from the first government strategy and subsidy pre-qualification through permitting, FEED, offtake negotiation, FID, construction, commissioning, and operation. Every record carries verified investment values, electrolyser capacity, offtake status, timelines, stakeholders, tenders, and decision-maker contacts.
Electrolyser makers, EPCs, offtakers and lenders use it to find projects while offtake is still being negotiated, judge which are likely to reach a final investment decision, and follow each plant to first hydrogen.
Coverage begins with feasibility studies, subsidy and auction applications, offtake memoranda and land reservations in industrial ports, read in the local language before a project is announced.
Developer, offtaker, electrolyser and stack supplier, EPC, and balance-of-plant and power suppliers are mapped to each plant with verified contacts.
Each plant carries its stage, from feasibility and front-end engineering through final investment decision to construction and first hydrogen, with an alert the day a watched project takes FID.
Electrolyser capacity, offtake terms and FID dates are reconciled against two independent sources and cited with a last-verified date, because announced and financed capacity often diverge in this sector.

Market intelligence
Blackridge tracks 1,536 owners and developers across the hydrogen pipeline. The 25 most active hold 245 projects between them, led by Lhyfe (23), Endesa, S.A. (13) and Everfuel A/S (13).
The five busiest account for 30% of the projects held by the top 25, so the pipeline is spread across a broad field of builders rather than a few dominant ones.
Of the top 25, 21 act as owners only and 4 both own and develop.
Across their projects, 10% are already past contract award. Air Liquide S.A. has the most in that phase, with 4 projects at award or under construction.

Market Intelligence
Nine stages in four phase families, each cell sized by the number of tracked projects at that stage, running from the earliest signals through to first hydrogen.
| Stage | Projects | Capacity | CapEx |

Where the tracked pipeline actually sits. Counts come straight from the live database and are compared against the busiest region, not against a total: the regions overlap, so they are never added together.
Bars are scaled to the busiest region. A project in a country belonging to more than one grouping is counted in each, so these figures are not additive.
Market intelligence
Of the 1,804 upcoming hydrogen projects tracked, 13% are at contract award, pre-construction or under construction, 84% are in study, planning or design and 3% have only been announced. Planning is the largest single stage, with 1,247 projects.
The 233 projects past contract award carry $166 billion in capital expenditure, the part of the pipeline where equipment and construction packages are being let now.
Projects past award average $711 million each, against $1.9 billion for those still in study, planning or design.
Europe holds the most tracked projects, 931 or 52% of the pipeline, followed by Asia-Pacific (298) and North America (192).
By announced investment, North America leads with $1.19 trillion and also has the largest average ticket, $6.2 billion per project.
Construction is furthest along in Asia-Pacific, where 14% of tracked projects are past contract award, compared with 5% in Africa.
Every project behind these figures, with its stage history, contractors and verified contacts, is in the full database.
